Stefano Cagol leads the viewer to question time and disappearance. The artist states: "When I was a child and used to cross the Alps with my family to Bern, where we lived, my father used to point to the glaciers on the peaks and speak about the eternal ice. Now they are almost gone.” In the performance, he hits the ice with fire and a hammer, evoking our violent and arrogant impact on the planet.
Stefano Cagol porta lo spettatore a interrogarsi sul tempo e sulla scomparsa. L'artista afferma: "Quando ero bambino e attraversavo le Alpi con la mia famiglia per raggiungere Berna, dove vivevamo, mio padre indicava i ghiacciai sulle cime e parlava dei ghiacci eterni. Ora sono quasi svaniti". Nella performance, colpisce il ghiaccio con il fuoco e martellate, evocando il nostro impatto violento e arrogante sul pianeta.
